In Kamen Rider Kuuga, the Grongi (the villains of the show) have their own language. Here, I will go over how to speak the Grongi language so everyone else can too! This info comes from the Kamen Rider Kuuga DVDs (I think).
Unfortunately, if one is to speak Grongi, Japanese is also required. So if you can't speak Japanese, you will not be able to speak Grongi.
Here's the main step. The Japanese sounds in its alphabet is changed to the Grongi sounds.

Whenever there's a "-" or a small "tsu" in a Japanese word, for the Grongi, that character is translated into the same character that it is complimenting.
Also some characters can become some of the following at certain times through translation:

An example with everything up to now:
Japanese: Omaenonioiga "Linto" domowo saso"tsu"tanoda.
Grongi: Goragenbigogigu "Linto" zorozo gagodadaboza.
English: Your smell lured out the "Linto."
The grammar for the Grongi language is pretty much the same as Japanese. The only difference is if a key word is used. The key word is then moved to the end of the sentence during translation.
Example:
Japanese: Koreha "Kuuga" noberuto!
Grongi: Bosepadesudon "Kuuga!"
English: This is Kuuga's belt!
Literal English to Grongi: This is belt "Kuuga!"
By mid-way through Kuuga, some of the human characters are able to translate some of the Grongi's language. Many of these words are related to the slaughter of their games.
"Linto" - "People." They are descendants of the Linto. They are the modern people.
"Gegeru" - "Game."
"Gerizagibasugegeru" - "Semi-Final Game"
"Gusepa" - "Bracelet." A tool used to record Gegeru victims.
"Bagundada" - "Counter." An abacus-like instrument used to record Gegeru victims.
"Zagibasugegeru" - "Final Game"
When it comes to numbers and math, here's how it works. Addition in Grongi is "do" and multiplication is "gu." Subtraction and division is nonexistent. Numbers from 0-9 each have a Grongi word, which is translated from English words (Here's something English speakers can say in Grongi. ;) ). When it comes to numbers that are higher than 10, Grongi express the higher numbers in the form of addition and multiplication.
